Eligibility: Entries are open to Professional and Amateur female golfers.
Amateur golfers in the regular division must possess a USGA Handicap Index of 10 or less from a USGA recognized state or regional golf association at the time
of entry.
Amateur golfers in the senior division must possess a USGA Handicap Index of 15 or less from a USGA recognized state or regional golf association at the time
of entry.
If transgender must comply with WSCGA transgender policy, please contact WSCGA office for a copy of policy.
The application for entry will be accepted on a priority basis as follows: South Carolina WSCGA members - May 14-20, 2024; Nationwide - May 21- August 5, 2024.

WSCGA Senior Championship
Exemption Deadline: Saturday, June 4, 2024, at 5:00pm. EST.
Priority will be given to exempt players in the order they are received up until the exempt entry deadline.
NOTE: Exempt players may submit entry forms after the priority deadline has passed and will be processed on a first come first served basis on a space available basis.
Entry Fee: $250 Senior Amateur Player - $275 Senior Professional Player - $325 Open Amateur Player - $375 Professional Player - Tournament Entry Fee includes automotive golf cart, range balls, and practice round played on August 10th. All entry fees will be charged at time of registration.
Entry Deadline: Entry Form and fee must be received by the WSCGA Office by 5:00PM, Friday August 23, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds: All refund requests must be made prior to the entry deadline, after which refunds will NOT be granted. NOTE: A $35.00 administrative fee will be charged should a player cancel from the event.
Awards: Overall purse is $20,000 based on full field. Prize money will only be paid to professionals. The top five amateurs and senior amateurs will be awarded a tournament trophy. The low South Carolina Women's Open Champion, Low Amateur Champion, Low Senior Professional Champion, and Low Senior Amateur Champion will receive a custom trophy.
Format: (Field size: 144) The Open Division play will be contested at 54 - holes of stroke play.
Professionals and amateurs play the same yardage ( approximately 6200 yards ).
The Senior Division will be contested at 36 - holes of stroke play (August 30 & 31). Professionals and amateurs will play the same yardage ( approximately 5500 yards). There will be no cut.
Practice Round (Wednesday, 28th): Practice round is included in entry fee. Each contestant is responsible for making her own practice round tee time. Players may call Cobblestone Park Golf Club starting August 1st to schedule their spot.

Pro-Am (Thursday, August 10th)
All Professionals are requested to play in the Pro-Am on Thursday, August 10 with a 1:00pm Shotgun Start. If, need non-professionals may be requested, as well.
Caddie Policy: Caddies are permitted for this event, but players must make their own arrangements to secure a caddie for the event. Both caddie and player may ride at same time. Players must keep bag on cart. If play is suspended players and caddies my pickup spectators/volunteers to aid in evacuating course.
Cart Policy: Golf carts are reserved for contestants, WSCGA Officials, host club staff, and host club officers. Contestants must be 16 years of age or older to drive a golf cart. Only contestants/caddies are allowed to drive or ride in golf carts during stipulated round per tournament regulations.
Dress Code: The WSCGA Dress Code is designed to maintain an atmosphere consistent with the traditions of the game of golf and the WSCGA. Proper golf attire is required. Tank tops, halter tops, racer-back shirts with no collar, blue jeans, cut-offs, short shorts (less than a 4-inch inseam), or bare feet are considered inappropriate attire. The WSCGA Tournament Committee is obliged to strictly enforce the dress code as specified by the host course for each Championship. The Committee shall enforce the decision made by the host course staff as to whether the requirements of the dress code have been met. Players are notified of specific host club dress code requirements in the confirmation letter sent out prior to each Championship.
Rules of Golf: Play will be governed by the 2023 Rules of Golf, the 2024 WSCGA Conditions of Players(WSCGA Hard Card), and any local rules set by the Committee in charge of the competition. All disputes shall be settled by the Committee in charge of the competition, whose decision shall be final.
Publicity, Promotion, and Broadcasting: The WSCGA may arrange for (1) promotion of the Championship, via radio, internet, and television broadcasting
and other exhibition and publication of the Championship or excerpts thereof in any and all media throughout the world, whether now known or
hereafter developed, and (2) the design, manufacture and sale of merchandise which commemorates or memorializes the Championship throughout the world.
By this application, the player consents to the use by WSCGA, or persons authorized by the WSCGA, of her name, likeness, voice and references to her
and photographs and other images of her and her play connected with her appearance in the Championship, or any portion(s) thereof, in connection
with such media promotion, broadcasting, and other exhibition and publication of the Championship and design, manufacture and sale of commemorative
merchandise. The WSCGA may utilize the rights granted it hereunder in connection with the promotion and/or commemoration of the 2024 Championship
as well as future Championships, other WSCGA Championships of the WSCGA.
